What do you carry to eat when you are going to be on the water all day? Snacks, lunch, etc. Do you even eat during a tournament when time is important? Personally I like smoked oysters, Vienna sausage, sardines, Beenie Weenies, and crackers. (This is what my Grandfather used to eat. When you are hungry, you learn to like it.)

If I'm going to be fishing during the day, I don't worry about it unless I plan on fishing more than 12 hours. I will just eat when I get off the water. Occasionally I will bring beef jerky and nuts.

Vienna sausages are essential.
I don't eat during tournaments though.

I like this stuff too. Unfortunately my waistline and cholesteral can't take it. I stick to apples, bananas, granola bars, beef jerky (sometimes), and my favorite fishing food, malted barley with some hops. (I don't fish tournaments, hence the last item.)

I don't like to waste time on the water eating, so I have something simple like a protein bar and I drink plenty of water/gatorade.

I usually pack a small sandwhich and a granola bar. Plenty water/gatorade. I don't take the time to sit and eat during tournaments, I can usually slam a sandwhich down while idling out of wherever i'm fishing.

Leftover chicken strips or pizza and granola bars, eaten while traveling from one spot to another. Occasionally an orange or peach. I think it's important to have something to eat to keep the energy level up especially during a tournament.
