Ok, I may regret starting this since we just had a large G2G, but here goes.

Lake: This is open for discussion.

Date: I'm thinking late October early November. This is open for discussion.

Food: At the Spring G2G we do a crawfish boil and at the Summer G2G we do burgers and hotdogs. I'm thinking the Fall G2G could be a fish fry. If it's going to be a fish fry, it would be great for people to donate fish from the freezer. This is open for discussion.

HOW: I will do a HOW benefit tourny with this event. $40 buy in, half goes to HOW the other half goes to payout. Same setup as the Summer G2G's free tourny, if it's a bass it's legal. I'll line up sponsors for the event as well.

The day's events won't change much from past events. Tourny in the morning, lunch, kayak demos, kayaking games, with BSing all day long.

Let me know what y'all think. I'd like to see these events grow. We had a lot of new people show up to the Summer G2G and I'd like to see that continue.

I'm not gonna fish or bring my kayak but I might be able to show up, bring some catfish, and do some cooking.

Early November is better for me, because fall baseball will be over by then.

And as usual I vote Joe Pool because it is close to me.

Sounds like fun. I would vote for grapevine or lewisville. Joe Pool is a pretty long drive for me.

Cool! The place needs to have RV and tent camping.

I absolutely can not make the first (Oct 1-2) or third (Oct 22-23) weekends in October. I'm good right now for all other weekends until Thanksgiving.

GV, RR again is ok with me. LL might be nice if we could find a
nice spot. BOAT Traffic is always a concern there.

Thanks, Zombo. I might take you up on that. I'm leaving tomorrow after our first little league fall game at 11 to go pay a visit to the yak. Thinking about hitting greens cut or the dumps. Her Highness requested flounder. Like I can just call up which ever kinda fish I want.

I understand Fork is a great lake, but it's really a far drive for the majority of us who are in the Metroplex. As always, I would like these G2G to become more of a family day where significant others and kids show up for the day. It's easier to accomplish that when the G2G are held in the Metroplex.

Now, if a tournament series were to begin up here Fork would be on the list of lakes to hit. ***Please don't read anything into that, I'm not starting a tournament series.***

I'll be coming to that as long as money is not a issue at the time and hopefully we can all camp out the night before with a big fish fry and tons of food. Even with the retarded wind the Friday before the Summer GTG It was still alot of fun and we enjoyed it alot. Count me in for it and what ever I can do to help out.

I guess I really don't mind the GTG at the Vine, but I would like to see a tourney series start up on the other lakes.

This GTG will be as nice as the last few on RR & GV.
A lot of behind the scene activity to make a 1 day
