Ramp at Sowell Creek by the dam is open. Not sure if there are any more usable ramps. Lake is low.

Proctor Ramps: Copperas Creek day use is closed, Promotory south side ramp is closed/ north side still open, Copperas Creek east side still open but probably not for long, west side is in good shape Sowell creek ramps open. Sowell creek day use is deep water and would be the last to close. Lake level currently 10.25 feet below conservation level. Have had some success on channel cats last two outings using Team Catfish sudden impact as well as sure shot. Best bite for me has been the south end in 6 feet of water fishing 4 feet below a slip bobber. Have not had so much as a nibble on fresh shad last two trips out.

Punch bait is hard to beat for box fish anytime of the year.

Heard the hybrids were on BIG TIME about a week or two ago. Been that long since I have gotten a first hand report.

Ramp Up-Date and easier to list what was currently open as of Yesterday.

Copperas Creek west ramp open but subject to close this week if not closed today. Backed off the end of this one Friday afternoon.

Promotory North ramp open but subject to close this week if not closed today.

Sowell Creek day use open.

Lake down 10.58 feet this morning and still releasing 19cfs.
