Who plans on fishing s.i.t. on sept. 17 & 18th. With the economy like it is,I wonder if they will have over 200 like they did last year. But a lot of the west boys work in the oil related business and it should draw good.

The S.I.T. is a great event that Permian Bass Club has been hosting for over 30 years. I won the event in 2003. It is a two day event and cost your team $200 plus big Bass of $10 each day. It is well worth the drive to win $10K. I will be there again this year.

I fished last year, we got 21st place, I lost one that was about 9 lbs on the first day that would have culled a 3.11 and moved us way up. I have to work that weekend and my partner Don Bradshaw just left to Iraq. So I'll miss it!

fished it last year and likely wont be back this year. Its a great tourney, and the giveaways are awesome. I just dont get to fish enough with 2 kids anymore and I dont want to be limited (weigh-in times) when I finally do get away. Maybe someday, though.
