Ladies,

I took a friend of my son fishing today. He's heard me talk about the Forum and how we dressed up and decorated Moe's Slab-A-Palooza lures. So he shows up this morning and says check this out. I gave him the 411 and he had gone to Moe's and picked some lures up and an idea popped in his head. He showed me and I busted out laughing! I instantly told him I know who needs to see this- the women of the TFF! What he did was take the lure and put it in a "dress" like hula looking covering that are used for bass... It looked like the lure had a dress on! No comments Moe this is a family Forum... I told him the women may want to try this when they take on the men one day... Anyway here's a picture:



He will "dress" them for you cheap. The model, Johhny, is sold seperately. One last thing. Since we were getting in touch with our feminine side Johhny told me to try this recipe. Which we are trying tonight. He said take a package of instant garlic butter potatoes and mix that in with your corn meal mix before coating the fish. He said it gives the fish a great taste. Ruben- Johhny said he would be glad to be a deck hand with you. Call me if you need him! Happy Fishing Ladies...

It was slow... Even the "skirt" lure didn't attract many male Hybrids or sandies! Terry threw the fish he and Ray had caught in with ours so we had them last night with the new recipe for dinner... Which was good by the way! Looks like the ocean out there today... Did you get out?

No Frank We are working ALL weekend tryiing to meet some deadlines for tuesday BUMMER! BUT!!! the good thing is the wind would have kept me off the lake any way so I might as well work .

I loved your post. Your friend is super creative. The hula skirt was awesome. I am just sad that it did not produce some big hybrids!! The recipe sounds great.
