Thanks for all the info wink really appreciate it. I was hoping you would say "Oh yeah the Spros are amazing and I throw them every cast!!!" so I could justify paying 9$ for these damn things lol. I bought some ribbits to try out though. Thanks!

I will be there this weekend with my daughter. Don't get to fish with her as much now that she is Jr High.

She caught a 6+ throwing a frog on Ivie about 3 weeks ago. We went to Amistad for Father's Day and she caught a couple 4 pounders punching grass. So needless to say she is pumped about going this weekend.

We will be the Aqua green/yellow Champion boat having all the fun.

About 5 1/2 hours. I mean it's really the best lake that's the closest. We leave our boat down there during the summer so it's not such a toll to drive it back and forth.

We are headed there tomorrow. Staying at Amistad Acres. See ya there. Couple of weeks ago bigger fish came out of 20'trees mid afternoon. Got some new baits in and ready to get on the water.

I'll have my "new to middle-school" grand daughter with me this weekend. We will be in a white Kenner CC. if you see us don't hesitate to give us a shout. We will be probably on the east side of hwy 90. Staying at the Hampton in Del rio.

Will do! After some info from here on TFF and a few other sources sounds like we will be primarily east side as well. Good luck and have fun.
