I have some salted pork sitting in the fridge thawing out for tomorrow.

Anybody got some darn tasty recipes? I want it with a little heat to it.

Should've soaked some dried pintos over night, put them in the crock pot this mornign with your pork, a couple of tablespoons full of Cayenne pepper, a little salt and black pepper, cook for eight hours. make a pot of rice, put the rice in the bowl, put your beans over that and you'll be set (take two beeno before first bite).
