A flushed clean and lightly lubed (with a lightweight oil) stock shimano bearing vs an aftermarket abec 5, Id have a hard time thinking there would be a difference you could even notice.

A buddy of mine has about 20 chronarch 50 mgs. It's all he uses. He has like 4 that are NIB also.

I still love my Daiwas... I just realized I could buy two of these for one of them lol. This reel has a lot of guts for how small it is, I dig it.

Yeah, they have alot of guts and only seem to get smoother the more worn in they get. I've got several and love them do death. Your handle is goofy though.

My favorite reel by far! Enjoy! I'd recommend changing the drag washers to carbontex, it makes all the difference in the world on these reels, trust me.
