BOSTON BOB Angler
posted 06-07-2005 02:17 PM -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- OK, I think I've got this ironed out. tourney rules are as follows:
Saturday June 18, 2005
Meet @ Little Elm ramp around 6:00am for check-in and boat checks. (I know a lot of you have mentioned alternate sites, but where this is the first one for me, I wanted to keep it close. If this works out, I will run more of them from other locations on the lake, I promise. I just need to learn from this one.)
Take-off at 6:45, or whenever everyone is checked in!!!
Check in at Little Elm Park by 2:00pm for weigh-in. You just need to be back by then, weigh-in may take a while. There will be a 1 lb. per minute penalty assessed to teams that are late!!!
Teams will then weigh their 10 best fish. You get one weigh-in, so make sure you get the ones you want weighed.
Top team will take 75% of the pot, second place the remaining 25%. If we get enough teams, we may open a third place prize. Any expenses incurred will be removed from the pot before payout, although I'm hoping we can get this done without any!!
Any legal methods are allowed. (This is for the minnerdunkers!!!! I won't exclude y'all)
Fish can be weighed live or dead (going to the oil anyway)
Hybrids will NOT be weighed. I don't like to see them killed. Plus, one team catches a 9+ or 10 pounder, there goes the competition!!!!
Remember, this is a fun tournament!!! Let's keep it that way!!!!
Beverages and fish fry afterwards.
