What dealer are you using? I would run it over to Allan Samuel's Alliance or the 820 store.

Since they changed the master cylinder he said it seems to have quit dragging. He is still trying to get them to replace the rotors since they turned them twice and he wants the money back on the brake job they did since that wasn't the problem.

He needs to advise them that he is aware that the warped rotors & worn pads was caused by the faulty master cylinder. Therefore, he is not responsible for those repairs.

#1- call Chrysler customer care and make people cry
#2-keep doing #1 until you feel satisfied!

to think that a dealership service advisor/tech/mgr would actually tell a customer that the brakes on their brand-new $25k
pickup suck, "we can't figure it out, so keep driving it until
they wear out again" is inconceivable in this day and age.
I worked in dlr's for over 20 yrs, seen this situation a lot(w/ all 3 manufacturers) and when it got this bad the sales dept ALWAYS jumped in w/ a loaner until the vehicle was SAFELY repaired or the customer was given another vehicle of equal value. Every time, every dealer.
something's missing in this story, but I'm happy to see that your truck was finally repaired correctly. you might consider
another member's advice & ck out allen samuels, they seem to
to be a little more "old-fashioned" over there.
