I was there yesterday. Saw a bunch of dead shad. That was the only fish I saw floating. Caught several healthy fish?

At noon they were showing shots of the bank out of a helicopter. Dead fish all over. Couldnt tell what kind.

It's at Silver Lake. TPWD there along with reporters, and possibly EPA. Water at marina is 1% oxygen level.

Yeah dead fish back here in silver lake, bass too. Someones pontoon boat is out here on no wake zone wall just sitting against it, covered up. No one in it. Told silver lake, they didn't seem to care.

I was just out on Grapevine walking the bank at Silverlake and there are a ton of gizzard shad and white bass washed up, but very very few largemouth, think I only counted one. On the Murrell Park side I didn't find any dead fish. According to TPWD the fish died due to a lack of oxygen.
