So this store gets more of my money than my wife and thanks to one of the Managers (I think Russell is his name), they just made me a VERY happy customer.

I went this past week to the store to see if they still had the Japanese Curado for $119.00, and the kid behind the counter said that the display unit was the last one. No box, no oil, nothing. Politely, I asked him if he could knock a bit off and I immediately realized from his response that I had bothered him and was being a nuisance of a customer. Long story short, I said no thank you and walked off.

On my way out, the Manager stopped me and asked if everything was ok, and I told him what happened. He walks me back over there, picks the reel up and says to me, "How about 40% off?" I dont need to tell you guys my gratitude when he said he had seen me in the store almost every week and he wanted to thank me for the business. Not to mention he apologized for the kid behind the counter.

He even spooled it up nice and tight and walked with me up to the front of the store to make sure I was taken care of. I own all Shimano (Citica) reels and this is my first Curado and it is incredible. And the fact that I got it for a around 80 bucks made it even better.
