Whitesettlement Bass Club is having a Spring Open at EagleMnt. It is on April the 18th. Entry is $60 a team. The weigh-in is at Westbay. There will be sign ups the day before and the day of the tourny. There is also a big bass pot for the lady anglers. For more info send me an e-mail and I will get you the info you want.

White Settlement Bass Club Open Team Tournament
Eagle Mountain Lake Sunday, April 18, 2004
Date: Sunday, April 18, 2004 Time: 6:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Place: West Bay Park & Marina Entry fee: $60.00 per team (this includes $10.00 for big bass)
There will be a raffle drawing for a rod and reel combo. Tickets may be purchased from WSBC members or at the sign-in Saturday and Sunday.
80% payback. One place paid for every five entries, less polygraph fee.
Lady big bass: $100.00

Tournament Rules & Entry Form
The following rules of the tournament have been established for honesty and fairness to all contestants. All Rules are subject to question for polygraph test.
1. Registration and tournament headquarters will be at West Bay Par. Pre-registration times are Saturday from 12:00 p.m., until 4:00 p.m. and Sunday registration will be from 4:00 a.m. until 7:00 a.m.. At least one member from each team must check in Saturday, or Sunday morning before fishing, to receive team number. 2. All fish must be caught in a conventional sporting manner. Only artificial lures may be used (pork rind is acceptable). No trolling is allowed. All contestants are required to obey all state fishing and boating laws. 3. Start time will be 6:00 a.m. Weight-in will begin at 2:00 p.m. and close at 3:00 p.m. Contestants must be in line by 3:00 p.m. or fish will not be weighed. Officials will be available at check-in. 4. Trailoring will be allowed. 5. There will be observers present on the lake during tournament hours, & there may be periodic checks of contestants boats. 6. Failure to submit to, or for any reason, failure to clear polygraph CONCLUSIVELY, will result in disqualification, loss of entry fee and any winnings. 7. Lifejackets must be worn while big motor is in operation and boat is on plane. 8. Scoring will be based on the weigh-in pounds and hundredths of pounds of black bass only. (This includes Kentucky, Spotted, Large mouth, and Small mouth bass only.) 9. Dead fish will be penalized pound (.50). Short fish will not be weighed and will result in a one pound penalty for total weight. 10. The bag limit will be 5 fish, 14-inch minimum length for all species. 11. Frozen fish kept on ice will not be weighed. 12. All ties will be decided by a coin flip. 13. Any Protest must be submitted in writing with a signature to a tournament official within 15 minutes after weigh-in. All decisions of the tournament officials are final. 14. Winners must be present at time of awards to receive prizes. All prizes will be awarded at the completion of weigh-in and polygraph tests. 15. All fish will become property of the White Settlement Bass Club for live release back into the lake. 16. Any contestant who has been disqualified because of lying or cheating, is automatically disqualified from this tournament. 17. Anyone guiding on Eagle Mountain Lake within the last 6 months is ineligible to fish this tournament. 18. Contestants under 18 years of age must have a parent/guardian signature. 19. Only paid contestants may be in a boat during tournament hours.

What does less polygraph fee mean?

If the director felt like a poly was needed for some reason,the fee to pay someone to do a poly would be deducted from the pot.I have never seen an incident in our opens where a poly was needed.

You may prefish before the tourny up until sundown the day before the tournament which will be Saturday the 17th. Wish I could prefish but my schedule will not allow it. Hope to see you there!

turk what kind of startis it gonna be, west bay gets a little crowded. I know ya'll said register to get your team #, but even 20 boats in west bay will be crowded. Just wondering

Frogger,once you get registered you can launch where you want to. Wiegh your fish in at West Bay. You can be on the water early and can start casting,flippn or pitching at 6:00 am. Good luck.
