These Slab-a-palooza's are GARBAGE. Ok...So my wife and I did win the Club Tourney using exclusively Slab-a-palooza's but that was last weekend. I headed out this morning to catch some more big hybrids and was only able to land this freakin monster!! Took forever to get him in the boat and almost lost him while netting him by myself. Amazing thing is for a fish this size they don't fight for nothing. He had my hook tangled up in his gill pretty bad but still its just hoisting dead weight. He'd get close to the boat and just real slow saunter back to the bottom taking drag real slow then it was a lot of lifting and reeling to get him back up. Nothing like the aggressiveness of a Hybrid!!! Thats the second flathead in as many weeks that I've caught on Moe's Slabs...I WANT A REFUND!!! Fish weighed 28-1

Nice catch !!!! But I think you should ask for a refund !!!

Your wife must really love you to let you bring that monster in the house.

How much meat you get off it?

There i fixed the post. Forgot to mention it was 28 lbs 1 oz 39 inches long. I gave the fish away, I dont eat them that big!

Nice catch. Should have kept it for yourself if you killed it. That is the best eatin catfish there is. I don't always eat catfish, but when I do I prefer yellowcat.

tha catchin' is my favorite part.

I would take that sweet baby over that nasty cat anyday. What a precious lil one! You and Amanda are very blessed. I am sure it was fun to bring in Rap. Congrats on your catch.

I do somehow really love him, but he didn't ask to bring that stinky fish in the house, I had to give the baby a bath and mop the floor because of that catch and I didn't even get to fish today. violinlol
