We rented a house from Starkey Properties at the Lost Colony down on 361 in 2003. It was listed as a 3 bedroom 3 bath. The "3rd" bedroom was a closet built inbetween the two garage stalls and it smelled so much like creosote in there we could'nt use the room. They did'nt even off as much as an apology. AC went out and it took them 2.5 days to get a repairman out. I asked him when they called asuming he was swamped with work. He told me about 45 minutes before he'd arrived was when they called him. I'd stay far away from that company at all costs.
