Update,just got off the phone with Tommy,his Dad's back is broken in two places L1-T12 they have called the specialist's in from Ft worth to take a look,two options look to be some concrete like patch and back brace are a full back brace and 6-8 weeks,also has severely damaged the ligament from his neck to his spine....
