Be careful folks. They have just let out some more water and it doesn't take much to get your trailer off the ramp before your boat is floating. All you can do at that point is keep backing it down, take your boat off the trailer, and get some help lifting it up to wheel height and having someone pull forward slowly.

How do I know this you may ask? Well, because I was chest deep in that water this morning at 6:30! Sucked.

Good luck.

When are they ever going to fix this problem??

That's one of the reasons I don't fish Dunlap!

and exactly when was the last time you encountered such a HORRIBLE condition like this at Dunlap that makes it "One of the reasons you don't fish Dunlap?" And when are they going to fix this problem? Geez, I don't know. Why don't you ask GBRA? You do know who GBRA is, don't you? Since, judging by your gripe, you have encountered many, many problems with Dunlap that makes it " Why you don't fish it?"

Please give me a break

lake's only been down a week or so. it has been down a little here and there, but i have never had a problem launching in the last several years. we launched saturday night to do a little work on the trailer and it was pretty low.
no matter how low the river is the river lakes stay pretty much the same level.
try going to canyon sometime. lol
