Sandjohnny, no prob, although I was confused for a little while smile ( my wife says confused is my natural state, so I was pretty comfortable)!

They are tasty !Fried in peanut oil at 375F they have very little grease in them. I just use flour,salt,pepper,essence of emeril 'bam' and garlic powder. Then 4 to 5 min in the oil. grill
