Thats what im saying, they are fishing the tournament saw you catching fish and knew you were the one that put the brush there. That would go against my fishing code of ethics.

if thats the case i kind of see that as "stocking" a spot and i frown upon that. There is a difference in knowing a place that hold fish and making a place that hold fish i mean com on were not crappie fishing/

You gotta do what you can to win. Bass Fishing is just gonna get more popular and more competetive, and beating the banks and boathouses aint gonna get it done.

If you want your own personal spot, contact the corps of engineers, get a permit to build a fence around your brush pile, and put a lock on it. Otherwise the brush you put out is public property.

+1... I agree it is breaking an unwritten rule between fishermen.

As a former guide on Fork, I can tell you that many of the good spots are shared by the guides. There isn't a lot you can do about it except get mad and yell at the guy. You have to have a milk run you do each day.

When I fish Fork I have 10-12 spots to fish throughout the day. I will not sit on one more than 30 mins unless we are catching fish. It's all about timing and presentation.

With side imaging and structure scan, your brush piles are no longer safe! stir
