Hey,
My wife and I are headed up to Summit County area (Breck, Keystone, Vail) for 4 days next week.
Can anyone recommend a fly fishing guide in that area?
Thanks...

Go to the closet flyshop, and talk to them. They will help you out. I would go for a wading trip over a floating trip. The floating trips are hard because you have one shot to hit your cast and then you move on. In colorado you can't anchor the boat.
Try small creeks. Fish the blue river, but it has a lot of pressure.

Gold Medal Fly Shop in Silverthorn. Sorry, I don't have their number any more.

I am pretty sure that Gold Medal is closed. You still have Cutthroat anglers in Silverthorn and the guys over at Breckenridge Outfitters Breckenridge: http://www.breckenridgeoutfitters.com/ Cutthroat: http://www.fishcolorado.com/ If I had to choose, I would suggest Breck Outfitters. I'm guiding @ Elktrout Lodge in Kremmling (about one hour from Breck) for the Summer but we don't have any day fishing this time of year. Dan Cone Class of '99 Stuck in Colorado
