I went there this past sat night after it rained....a [censored] load of smaller cats and bass but nothing big....that I could tell I was only there about 2-4 hours....

what did u catch the bass on?

had a guy from our club fish it saturday and he did not see another boat. Also did not catch much

ive always done good at this lake even when it was super low but iw as hoping that the rain would really turn em on

I went saturday afternoon and yes the ramp was open despite what they said when I called. I caught about 40. Half sand bass and half black bass. The were schooling, eating what I thought was shad but in the throat of one of the black bass was a yellow bass. I didnt think arlington had them. I left them biting, it was by far the best I have done at arlington. If the crank bait didnt bump the bottom I would catch sand bass but if it did I was blessed with nice black bass.
