I feel like I've tried everything to get the oxidation off this boat but it won't budge. I got some off but can't get the rest. Here's a pic and any help would be great.

go to a truck stop and get the green metal polish creme, mix equal parts mineral spirits, green polish, carnuba wax and apply then buff with a random orbit buffer. this should get it off and make it shine. the green metal polish is ultra fine jewelers rouge and won't hurt the finish.
