Lake Tyler is slowly but surely dropping lower by the day but the fishing is heating up. Went out a couple of times in the last week and the fish have been biting very good for me. Catching 15-25 fish per trip with several 4-5lb fish even caught a 7.07 to win the thurs night big bass tourney. This lake produces alot of numbers and some big fish also even though it has been a little tougher earlier in the summer. The marina ramp is still usable but the canal is very shallow going out. Hillcreek was good a week ago but I heard it has a drop at the end of it so be careful there. All the other ramps are questionable at best but I would for sure rule out 64 ramp.

Hill creek was still good last night, there is a drop off but it's not severe.

Guys Tom's proably the best stick I know on lake Tyler. If you really want to learn that lake you should take a few trips with him. It will be money well spent...

Triton0405 is dead on...

brad07 with the lake falling the fish are on the move just look for the shad and the bass won't be far away. I have been using a crankbait where I find shad. Not sure what else I coudl say that would help.. LOL Good Luck.
