I'm looking to schedule a guided striper trip this fall for a group of 6 to 8 employees. We're located in Fort Worth, but will be willing to drive a couple hours to be put on some fish. I'm looking for recommendations for lakes and guides as well as when to schedule (late/mid/early fall). Feel free to PM me with suggestions.

Thanks,
Stephen

I'd give Matt Cartwright a try, AKA *LakeGuide* on here. He's on Tawakoni and always has tons of great fish caught outta his boat. Good friend and a great guide. And he's working out of a BRAND NEW Skeeter 24ft bayboat.

Has anyone mentioned Matt Cartwright?
Great guy and a great guide.
You will probably need 2 boats, Matt can make the arrangements and make sure you have a great time.

Thanks for the recommendations and PMs.

What time this fall? Based on some PMs, it sounds like we can't go wrong with late october/early november. Any thoughts? Most of my guys are novice to recreational fishermen.

Depends on what lake you choose and what the water temps are. Some of the lakes will be turning over in Oct. or just through turning over, some going through a transition some done and on a steady fall pattern. November is great on Whitney, the lake has usually settled down and we are fishing live bait and slamming them. I sent a PM but we now have cabins avail. with bfst, lunch and dinner avail on request, dinner usually consists of either steak and crab legs or catch of the day. Plus a margarita machine and poker tables for evening entertainment. We can do the full package and put you on fish!!!
