In high school I broke off a piece of tree branch, tied a treble hook on the end of the line and tied it around the stick. Caught one just twitching it on the surface.

a walleye spinner with noting on the hook 3 inches below a bobber. I was using it as a popper

On the bank and I ran out of bait but my ride wasent there so i put a bumble bee on a bobber caught a 4 lb bass

LMB: 9 lbs, Miami , Florida
Northern pike: 16 lbs, Rainy lake, Canada
Rainbow trout: 7 lbs, Snake river, Idaho
Brown trout: 14 lbs, Henrys lake, Idaho
Sturgeon: 24 lbs, Columbia river, Oregon
Chinook salmon: 29 lbs, Pacific ocean
Blue catfish: 17 lbs, Lewisville lake, Texas
Only 15...When im not in school im at the lake/river

caught them with the c-rig weight in their mouth instead of the bait.

Alan Henry - 5 inch white straight tail worm splashed with Dos XX. Apparently that was THE worm that day cause my buddy couldn't buy a bite. I was catching them pretty good. Started pouring my beer on them before I would cast just to rub his nose in it a bit. Kept right on catching them. He got a little pissy so I had to quit.

Wow, fishing back in the upper 70s in a stock tank, maybe 12 yrs old, ran out of minnows, saw a bunch of frogs around the bank, body wise maybe an inch and a half, rigged up a bomber pop r top water lure, with a 6 inch peice of mono tied to the rear of the lure to a treble hook, caught a frog and put on the treble hook trailer, and on first cast thrown under some brush along the bank caught my first 5lb bass. Never forget my stepfather was walking down (all dressed up for church) to tell me I needed to reel in and get ready for church. Instead after seeing my fighting bass and my zebco 202 screaming, rushed out knee deep in water and mud and got it for me.
Im sure we were both in deep #$%t, but neither of us cared. And I dont remember that part. LOL!

Used to catch grasshoppers around my grandads tank when I was little, and catch the heck out of bass and perch.

Yum split tail spinnerbait trailer rigged like a fluke.... One time I rigged up half of a lemon peel and was twitching it across some pads. Looked really really good, like a big shad floppin on top, but it got hung up and I lost it
