We're putting together 2qty 28ft "strictly fishing" boats this month to take up to 8 anglers out on each boat to fish. WE ARE NOT A GUIDE SERVICE!
We're offering a "Fishing Excursion" that will get you off the bank and in a boat.
Our boats will have a HD graph to "attempt" to locate fish. All fish caught will be handled by the angler that caught it.
Each angler will have a comfortable seat, plenty of elbow room, your own live well stocked with live shad, 2 rod holders, pliers, clippers, net, rag and glove right in front of you! Plenty of coolers for beverages and fish. Once again....WER ARE NOT A GUIDE SERVICE.
All Texas Parks and Wildlife permits will be on display along with the Army Corp of Eng decal. Fully insured for $500K as an inshore fishing charter. But forget about all that.....we want you to concentrate on relaxing and catching fish.
Reservations will be made 100% online. If you made it here to the forums, then you'll have no problem "Clicking" your way to an available seat.
Each boat will take 2 trips a day....Depart dock at 5:30am and return around 11:30am. Night excursion will depart dock at 10:00pm and return around 4:00am Locations on each lake are still being determined.
Our website will be up and running in about a week so please leave your email address if you would like to be notified of the launch date.
Feel free to ask questions or comments.
A NOTE TO ALL THE LICENSED GUIDES reading this..... We are not trying to "move in" on your business and are true fishermen at heart filling a gap between Guide Service and just fishing from the shore. Each boat will have a 3'x5' board for Licensed Guides business cards along with a 27 LCD HD monitor playing "fishing stuff." Have a video.....give it to us and we'll promote your service. This is about getting more folks into fishing and profit of course.
Pricing is not locked in just yet but the range will be from $35 to $45 an angler with fishing pole rental at around $10. Feel free to bring all your own gear! Water and soda will be sold at around #1. Minimal tackle on board but what we carry will be made by local anglers only! Fish cleaning stations will be available with electric knives for you to filet your catch.

I now see where the confusion is lurking. By me typing (saying) WE ARE NOT A GUIDE SERVICE is giving forum members the idea that I want to bypass the rules and regulations of getting the proper license. I understand why all the old-timers who have payed their dues and went the proper channels would be on-edge.
That could not be farther from the truth!
What I meant is I don't want to work hard, just drive them around, watch the graph, mark the holes and let them fish. Nothing more, nothing less.

Sounds like an interesting proposition, and to me it doesn't really matter if you're a guide service or not - for the prices you're talking about, I wouldn't expect a guide service. But, I'd gladly pay that kind of money to go out fishing with some guys and try to put some fish on the line.
Since your screen name implies that you're mainly targeting Striper, I'd assume that you're going to Texoma vs. Lewisville? (wasn't aware that there were any striper in Lewisville)

To all our friends, followers, disbelievers and everyone else.....this will be our last posting here at TFF. I went against my entire team and familys advice by giving forum members a sneak peak at our new business venture and I'm out of time and breath.
Did you knwo that in the past 2 years over 12 new "boutique burger joints" opened up within the Frisco city limits and all of them are doing well!! I wonder what the Big Mac folks had to say about that??
Good luck to all~~

Don't think he's giving it up. I think he is just not advertising on TFF anymore because he doesn't want to step on anyone's toes.
