Been going to the Minnow Bucket for years, always good people, service and good food. I will continue to try it. if it changes I will head 2 blocks south to OakRidge. I tried Oak Ridge just because they sold the Joe's spoons, it looked real nice. I really like the boat ramp at TMB.

LFM and Popes have very nice facilities and you can rest assure that "your stuff" is safely guarded while out fishing.

I was with Wormman on Sunday and Chris was still behind the counter as of 1pm. I was almost certain that I was going to take a plunge wen limbing the ladder with the rusted out top rung. Not to mention the yellow rope used to tie it up.

Why would anyone climb that old dock with it six foot out of the water? Launched there a couple of weeks ago and picked up my partner off the ramp, no problem. Also had a beer when we got off the water.

We used it to tie up to as we ate a burger...it was close and convenient but a death trap to say the least.

Man Chris and Tony were the best thing that ever happened to the Minnow Bucket.... just because of them being let go I will choose to launch and buy gas/baits somewhere else

What a shame

Yep...besides Chris, Tony, and their burger the only other thing they had going for them was the ethanol free gas.

Years back my sons and I started booking 3 wks a yr at the MB.My boys kind of grew up with Chris and his family and when my grandson was old enough. he started going with us.Over these years we became friends with all of these folks. It makes me sad that they will no longer be a part of our family tradition.
I wish them only the best.

I have been going to the minnow bucket for years. I launch there all the time and never have a problem. Im sorry to see chris and tony go but the new owners are also nice people. I always wondered why chris and tony didnt get the marina when their parents retired?

must not know the new owners well, they know nothing about running the place Tony and Chris did it all! as of them getting the place there mother couldnt do it due to health, and didnt want to burdin the boys with it.All the place has done is gone down hill in the last 3 years!!! nothing gets done without the boys there. Thay have alot of friends and alot of support from everyone on here ..I know if they read this they would say Thanks to everyone that has said nice things about them. One thing I do know is they would give you there last dollar if you needed it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
