Had a gar-fest at Ivie last night with one going about 5' long. Caught a couple of channels, 4# and 8#, and we got skunked on the blues. We had the camera sitting right on the console, and still we didn't snap a single pic... Yes, we're knuckleheads as far as pic taking is concerned, but we had a pretty nice trip on the water...

1st boat was all girls. 2nd boat was a mix of morons. 3rd boat came in to pull them all to safety. When the 2nd boat was flying in to the rescue they came into that skinny water and nearly stopped instantly. Us and they guys fishing about 60 yards to the south of us got a good laugh.

Same as Philpot , caught gar all night and some great fights.We really need some rain , poor brady lake ..Didn't get 1 bite on my CJ , fished top and bottom. I guess my glow stick didn't help help either.
