I've been killing 'em on the StrikeWorks watermelon candy and the PB&J wood jig all year long. I also had allot of success with thier sexy shad swim jig during the shad spawn. Man that jig just looks awesome. Sometimes I just stare at it.

Man there sure are a lot of options. Blows my mind. Its so hard to decide without actually trying them. I guess what I should do is to buy a few jigs that would work in the lakes I fish most? Lots of brush (salt cedars, mesquites). I want some football heads and I really like the design of the realdealcustom jigs. I also really like the talon jigs and santone jigs. I am guessing tacklewarehouse is about to make some $$$$.

I like Spitnfire jigs. www.spitnfirejigs.com These jigs have put many fish in the boat for me. Lots of great colors to choose from, but my favorites are watermelon sugar free and green pumpkin. +1 Spitfire Hybrid Jig.

Joey at flatlands tackle makes a good jig also. I like his Delta blues with a little orange tied in it.

I honestly prefer my own. I started making my own just so I could get exactly what I wanted in head design, hook, and skirt. Its a little cheaper too plus its something to do when its too hot or cold outside. That being said there are a lot of great jigs on the market and I would definitely tak the advice already given and try out as many as you can before you settle in just a few brands. I cannot stress enough that everyone serious about fishing should take the time and learn to fish a jig. They account for as many big fish as any bait out there.

Caught a lot of bass with All Terrain. The football jigs are awesome with a Paca chunk. I like their punch jigs, never had a hang up.
