I have been watching alot of people post pics and do some amazing stuff with their SI fish finders and finally made the switch. Got me a used 997 and will try it on the lake in the morning for the first time. Don't know if it will be on Lake Waxahachie or Joe Pool. I'm leaning toward Joe Pool to fish some timber.

Mostly dinks and some large trash fish. They were biting slow and soft.
That's why they call it fishing and not catching!
