Get a couple of different size jigheads, 1/8 oz, 1/4 oz should do or you can move up to 3/8 oz if you're fishing slightly deeper water or area with a little more current. I prefer the jigheads with the little coil spring to help keep the bait in place. Just twist it on and go, Gulp baits are very durable except sometimes some bait stealers will nip off the tail section.

I'm guessing they are about a 3/0, could be 4/0.

Hey Mappur 15, try www.moestackleshop.com for the jig heads. I got some befor i came down to fish the marshes. Man they worked great with the gulp shrimp. Also had the screw spring feature. You can't beat his prices OR delivery time. Check him out. Mark canfield

If you can I suggest you use a jig head that has a screw lock on it. One gulp will last all day!
