We're still on for this tournament. We know it's still early, but once ya'll get withdrawal after your end of year championships; we'll still be moving forward.

Put this one on your calendar, it's gonna be a good tournament with some of the best anglers in Texas willing to put you on some of the best bass, on the best bass lake, at the best time of year!!!

Folks,
We're still hearing from people who are interested in fishing this tournament the last weekend in October. That is great!

We will create a new posting for this event around the first of September to establish a roll-call of sorts. Both for "Pros" who will be fishing as well as for "Co-anglers" who will be fishing.

We still need folks to contact the "Pros" from the list at the beginning of this announcement. Having as many of these guy & gals enter this event is what will make it fun and exciting. Your assistance in this endeavor is greatly appreciated.

Got a count on Pro versus Co yet?

I have some deposits from co-anglers. They will be the first to draw from the pool of Pros who enter. We didn't make a requirement for Pros to enter early or send a deposit. So, to answer your question NO I don't have an actual count.

We have had quite a few of the "Pros" on the list call and say they'll be there. There have also been quite a few who have said they'll see what their schedule looks like closer to the end of October.

I really don't expect a lot of guys to get totally committed until we get into October. Either way it's on and we'll enjoy the hospitality from the city of Zapata and catch some monster fish. I still have some work to do bringing some additional interested sponsor's to the event. Right now I'm just a one man band! It's all fun!!!
