Is there any floating grass in that area? Going offshore on Friday from Bidge Bait. Not looking for GPS coordinates but wondering if and if they are how far out.

I hear the weed patches adequte enough to hold fish are out past 40 miles. I went out as far as 30 miles this past Sun and Monday and never saw any weeds patched up.

Floating seaweed is all over the gulf. It's blown by the winds and the currents. It's constantly moving. You find where ever it happens to be at that moment.
