Ingredients

1 (12 ounce) package egg noodles
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can rotel ( hot or mild)
2 (6 ounce) cans tuna, drained
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
1 (4.5 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (6 ounce) can French's French fried onions
Directions

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente; drain.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
In a large bowl, thoroughly mix noodles, onion, 1 cup cheese, tuna, soup, rotel and mushrooms. Transfer to a 9x13 inch baking dish, and top with French fried onions and remaining 1 cup cheese.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cheese is bubbly.

Haven't made this recipe but I love tuna casserole. My wife cannot stand any tuna casserole.

On average, your heart beats 100,000 times a day. One day, one of those heartbeats will be your last. Then what?

The answer is found in Jesus Christ who said "I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly." John 10:10

This is how I make it. Boil noodles for 10 minutes. Drain. Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 large can tuna or 2 small cans, 1/2 cup (or more) frozen peas, chopped onion, parmesan cheese, 1/2 can milk, salt & pepper to taste. Top with crushed cracker crumbs & dot with butter. Bake about half hour at 350* degrees.
