Ingredients
1 (12 ounce) package egg noodles 1/4 cup chopped onion 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese 1 can rotel ( hot or mild) 2 (6 ounce) cans tuna, drained 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup 1 (4.5 ounce) can sliced mushrooms 1 (6 ounce) can French's French fried onions Directions
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente; drain. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). In a large bowl, thoroughly mix noodles, onion, 1 cup cheese, tuna, soup, rotel and mushrooms. Transfer to a 9x13 inch baking dish, and top with French fried onions and remaining 1 cup cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cheese is bubbly.

Haven't made this recipe but I love tuna casserole. My wife cannot stand any tuna casserole.

This is how I make it. Boil noodles for 10 minutes. Drain. Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 large can tuna or 2 small cans, 1/2 cup (or more) frozen peas, chopped onion, parmesan cheese, 1/2 can milk, salt & pepper to taste. Top with crushed cracker crumbs & dot with butter. Bake about half hour at 350* degrees. __________________ cascade coupons

Tried Kevstars version... I added quarter bottle of Habenaro (spelling?)tabasco before baking, it was very good, will make again. Thanks for sharing
