If you've been trying to keep fish or bait alive in this heat watch this video. I've used this method before and it WORKS! I like to use it for my perch for hot water flathead fishing. The Hydrogen Peroxide keeps the perch super charged so to speak.

I keep fish alive by letting them stay in the lake.............
1 oz per 3 gallons water huh?.......so 30-40 gallons outa take care of Benbrook here soon.......

lol.. OK .. even if that works, the explanation in the video is ridiculous.
I have no problem keeping shad alive for around6-7 hours in my live well. I have a high flow aerator pump that has a high velocity nozzle positioned above the waterline. This blast the new water down into the well aerating the water.

Thanks DS, my dad bought a bait livewell and we are going to try it out on Wednesday. I will take some H2O2 and give it a try and see what happens. Will post back Thursday will the results.

You can't go wrong with adding more oxygen to the water. I think I was adding a cup to 15 gallons of water.
