I have some rods and reels but I am not 100% on what reel should go with each rod and what they should be used for. i plan on replacing some of these reels with the curados but until it rains and my money tree starts growing I will have to use what I have.

Reels ( all baitcast)
Revo S 6.4:1
2 calcutta 100 5.8:1
prodigy 200A 6.3:1
pfleugar 7.1:1

I feel better putting the reels on the rods and seeing how they feel with each one. The exception is the Calcutta's. Because of the gear ratio you'll probably want them on your crankbait rods

Wow I wouldve thought they would be to slow for cranking. It seems all you read is burning crankbaits for a reaction bite. Interesting.

For the deeper baits you want a little slower reel to lessen the burden on you. You can still burn'm if you want. I like a little more control when i'm in a 20 foot deep brushpile with a 25 dollar bait...hahaha

dude, you have some nice equipment. i think Ken Denney is right. you don't need "new" stuff just arrange what you have.
