Never - Drink lots of water, wear white long sleeve Under Armor, and a straw billed big brim hat, and head out early. If you stay in the heat from Morning till night it won't bother you.
Its when you go from 75 degree AC to 105 degrees outside when you get heat shock.
I can fish all day long in this heat as long as I prescribe to the above remedy. Beats work anyday. I would rather fish in the heat than below freezing and 20+mph winds.
