Try posting in the "Inshore" section. You posted in the "Offshore" section but said you want bay guides. Bays are "Inshore".
I'd help if I could but haven't hired a guide down there in 10 more years. Doubt that I could give you accurate info.
I will suggest that you check with Woodies at the marina. They have a number of captains that book through them and I bet they can help out with a party your size.
Also, most saltwater guides have a "6 Pack" license through the USCG. This means that they're limited to 6 passengers per boat. So plan accordingly.

You might try making a thread in the inshore section which is the next forum up from the offshore here. You may be in for alot of work. Many if not most guides will be booked for August on a Saturday, its starting to get to a prime time for Redfish. That combined with needing 3 or 4 boats may be difficult.
I would also post this question in the general fishing discusion section at 2coolfishing.com
Thinking about the number you have, I bet if you find the right guide he would put together a trip and find the other boats. A guide would be able to do this better than anybody else.

Book the Scat Cat or the Wharf Cat at Fisherman's Wharf for an 8hr or 12hr trip with your buddies. Call in advance to see if they have either boat available.

i'd try offshore also, the good guides based out of port a will probably be booked, but you can try rockport, aransas pass to see if anyone is avail for that size group, but doubt it on a saturday. offshore is pretty good now though.

Thanks for all your help. We booked a private charter through Dolfin Docks for bay fishing.

Thanks in advance,
Casey I booked with Dolphin Dock last week, and we ended up going out with Capt Tim and the Dolphin Express. The boat picked up lots of fish including multiple king macks, a couple of dorados, a couple of ling, and several sharks. Great trip. There were lots of folks on the boat besides my family, but everyone worked together well, and the deck hands were awesome. Highly recommended.

Ditto on the Dolphin Express. They are the best in the business. I have always caught fish with them and they do have best crew.

Here's one pic of the dorado that my little bride put in the boat on that trip. We didn't get any good pics of the kings, but there were a bunch caught...
