I'm hardly the trolling mafia, I throw artificials, use livebait, deadstick whatever it takes to put big fish in the boat but when the thermocline sets up I love to drag me some bricks. I don't really understand the hypersensitivity that some people have with brickdraggers. If that guy is like me chances are he was trolling there an hour before the chosen ones came along and parked on his spot. I am happy to respect other fishermens space but if I was there first and you come park on my spot don't expect me to leave, your method of fishing is not superior to mine and you don't have the right of way. But if I saw guys on surfacing fish I would not come trolling through them. In my opinion its the guys that charge into surfacing fish at 30 mph that are the ones that shut down surfacing fish, and those guys are chunking artificials same as you.

Chosen ones?? Well, long story short....the guys shooting the video were catching fish right there while this guy was still unloading his boat. This was one of those guys that saw two boats together and ran straight to them and trolled directly through the center of the school less than twenty yards of the other boats until they went down. Still think he was probably just like you?

Live Bait and Trolling are great ways to catch fish. My problem is this: 8 out of 10 TrollBoys use their head as a HatRack, that's it!

This JackWagon saw two boats 25 yards apart with trolling motors down. Once he got close he saw fish pop on top. This is a great forum and a lot of guys chat about trolling. My problem is when I c trollboy he is run'n down fish?

And another thing while we are piling on this poor mis-guided youth, he is the same jack wagon that trolled through surfacing hybrids a couple of months ago. The big difference between the two times is the depth involved, the first time it was 7-9' and this time it was 14-21'.
The first time we offered him some sassy shad and as he came to a halt the guy with him caught a fish as the lure fluttered to the bottom, the guy said it was the biggest fish he had ever caught.
