Mine is not working. Used to hear the transducer pinging while I was unstrapping the boat. Now it barely makes any noise. The screen is super slow and basically unreadable. Any help would be appreciated. All connections are good and battery terminals are clean.

Try resetting to the factory settings.

Did the reset. No improvement. I've read the manual 2x and can't figure it out. The transducer seems to thump and then you can feel it fade and the graph shows the same blue ball for the bottom then fades to null then ball again like it's looking for the bottom and is on like a 2% ping (but it's at 100%). I'm doing this on the trailer but the last time on the water it preformed the same......thanks again!!
