How in the world do you return a rod to these people? I have called emailed what does it take?

You run it through a wood chipper, and whilst looking at the remains, ask yourself why you bought that orange stick to begin with.  At least that's what I did with mine.

it is gonna take a lot bro. i had a buddy return 2 of them and it came with a lot of frustration and run-around. their customer service has gone to [censored]. good luck.

What number did you call? The only number I can finsd is one that seems to be a answering machine! I have been at this since Monday! If this is the best there customer service can do then I will have rod for sale cheap!

If u look back a few pages a guy said he can get u a new carrot stick replacement no prob look back a few pages

A while back I was in the parking lot at Cabellas in Ft Worth and spoke with a fellow who was returning a carrot styx.He said it was the third one he had broken this year and was getting it replaced under warrenty.He then told me what great rods they were.I thanked him for the info and moved on.

I have been using carrot stix for the last 3 years and never had one break, they have been great rods IMO.

3 to 1 the rod that is the most prone to breaking (yes I have kept up with the numbers). When they break normally into 4-5 pieces...Not sure how they stay in business.

I own 18 of them from the golds all the way to the new micro guides. Have had most of them at least three years or longer and never had one break until recently(3 in two tournaments, 2 of them on hooksets on 2 1/2 lb.fish). I myself had trouble getting a hold of them. Finally did and the micro guide eye that was broken they told me they would send me a replacement eye for me to have put on. Last i checked that should be their job. Until recently i have been very happy with their product, now not so much. Thanks Boyd for turning me on to these, and after sinking a couple thousand bailing. At least now i understand why you did.
