 How to reach flourescent light??

Have a flourescent light in the garage that's gone out. Problem is it is about 20ft up in the ceiling and my 6ft ladder is no help. I have an extension ladder but nothing to lean it against. Help! Anybody have Spider-Man's number?

I own a wholesale lighting Co in Dallas. Are you just trying to change lamps? If so...the do make a fluorescent lamp changer on an extension pole. I can get one for you to use if needed. Just shoot me a PM and I will try to help if needed.

Just changing the lamps (I think). I am in the Austin area, thx for the offer though. I will look into bulb changers but I didn't think they made any for the long 4ft flourescent tubes....?

While you're up there, you should use chain to lower them so next time you don't have to deal with them being out of reach.

Thanks for the suggestion. I called around and found a 16ft step ladder I can rent for $25/day.
