 Summer on the Guad?

I am planning a trip to the Guadalupe in New Braunfels soon and was wondering how the fishing around Camp Hueco Springs is? I just plan on catching everything from cats to bass, so any tips will help. Are there any other places along the Guad where fish are biting?

I'd pass on the Guad. seriously. There is ZERO flow above Canyon lAKE and I believe they are releasing 50-60 cfs below canyon damn.

And once again you have drought, too many golf courses, and high dollar hill top homes with botanical gardens and lush lawns, that will always mean zero flow on the Guadelupe from now on.

Caught a few bass above Rebecca creek but be careful there are a lot more stumps now that the river is down. Use small finesse baits and you can have a lot of fun and get away from all the water fleas

Crappie are more prevelant in the spring mainly on the trees but I have caught a few trolling roadrunners in the river channel during summer.They just arent as predictable.
