I wasn't trying to start a movement or anything, I just came across that video and wanted to see what fellow sportsman thought of it. I know my catch was still squirming on Sunday when I got back from my fishing trip but that didn't stop me from cleaning them. Therefore I thought I would ask what others thought about how those fish were being cleaned. I personally think that is how it is usually done, mine just have a longer ride home before they hit the table.

I posted it here because it was catfish related, just curious why it was removed.

Prior threads on the subject have shown that it turns into a heated subject. I didnt see the link but I can immediately identify why it was removed. Trust me, the moderators are very fair here, and they dont just do something out of pure spite.

They have to be ever cautious that trolls don't come on here and post a vid or something to start more infighting. It's the true joy of the tree hugging "Animal Lovers" to get us sportsmen riled up and barking at each other. It'd be kinda like me going over to PETA's forum and posting pics of me gutting a deer.

No, the entire time I was in the middle east I only had to fire a weapon a Gaaazziillion times.

As a convoy security scout truck commander I was only in harms way maybe 100% of the time. Never ran into any issues having people roll over my hood that didnt wanna listen to my yelling over the PA.

So yeah, I would say even though my sig has a " Caution, dont piss this guy off stamp."

I would sum up my time as someone who was patient with terrorists and their supporters. That is if patient is my finger waving at anyone shooting at me and yelling " Lets Rock!!" over my .50cal blazing shots of American glory and hate over 9-11.

Whenever im boiling over, I call Tom. He reminds me that this isnt nam, and that their are rules state side before you break someones face in.

He's been great at helping my PTSD.

Besides my violent past, im actually a decent murderer of terrorists in person.

Once you truely see war, and see the pain. And than you see it two more tours, you start to hate seeing sadness and all that comes with it.

I find a smile is worth more than 1 million frowns.

I'm done with puttin the hurt down, ill defend myself if needed, but I never find myself in that situation.

True fact, Statistically speaking: More than 50-60% of people if put in situation where they had to fire a weapon at a human being, they cant.

Additionally, 70% or more if shot at, duck and do not return fire. Those were stats from years ago, who knows how much higher is actually is.

When it comes down to it, I have seen so many that have talked so much b.s, duck and literally fall apart when put into a firefight situation.

When its all said and done, I hated every minute of having to goto war. I didnt do it for the politians or their own political agenda's.
I went to war because of seeing those planes crash into OUR towers.
I care for my friends and family, and that means when someone threatens that and especially a outside threat, its time to lace up the boots and lock and load.

I dont want anymore respect than the next guy, yeah I had my combat experiences, but everyone that put on a uniform deserves the same respect.

Combat wise, everyone who fought in any war is a hero. No matter what their job was, because when the dust settles, even the guy stamping your mid tour leave paperwork was a hero in my book.

And ill finish with this, I have crossed through a ton of states. I even came home on leave through Atlanta and was cussed out by a airport employee with a group of other solders because we were instructed to get in a line and we just so happened to be in that cart pushers way.

Texas is the only state, where at DFW Airport they still have celebrations and standing ovations for service members coming home for leave or going back to the sandbox.
