Try Paul Stanton, Island Girl out of the Galveston Yacht Basin. They put you on some really nice fish.

You might also look into the Abra-ca-dabra or the Una Mas at the Galveston Yacht Basin as well. Also, Capt. Elliot's has some smaller offshore boats for private charters: www.deep-sea-fishing.com

I have never fished on charters out of Galveston but I can recomend Dolphin Docks out of Port Aransas 1-800-eye-fish is the ph#. You will want to get on the Dolphin express and have Tim as your captain.

www.fishinggalveston.com Boat name Freedom...the captain, Captain Langston can put you on some good fish...He once had a guy hire him to try and win a snapper tourney, and they caught three fish, and all three were larger than any others in the whole tourney...great trip

Fourtrax, Went out with Leaf last June, he and his wife put 6 of us on our limit of kings within an hour. Then we went for snapper...they were suspended and almost coming to the surface to take our bait. We came away with 23 snapper, one less a full limit.
Great boat, service and pleasant folks. Real down to earth couple.
