Hi,
I'm a French bass fisher and I would like to have your opinion on these 2 baits : in France the Japanese one cost 10 times more (if you could get it) than the US one (purchased at tackle warehouse). Did you notice significant differencies for bass fishing at your local conditions ? I did change the hooks on my KVD's for Gamakatsu hooks and personally I don't see a big difference even the Japanese is of better quality but it seems to me that bass don't mind.

never fished the japanese version but the KVD works great and if is 1/10th the cost would be no question what i would be using
