Bayou Tackle here at Lake Fork is coming out with a hand poured frog that goes to his existing frog sticker hook that we think will be one of the best frog and hook combo around for bigger fish. A couple of us guides have put it in the water and with a little adjustment (coming shortly) it will be ready to market. There are so many frogs on the market that either won't get bit right or will get bit and have a terrible hook up ratio. This will do both. We are very exited about this! I don't know how many colors yet.

The koppers frogs are top notch. I have both the spro and koppers and if it comes down to throwing only one, I'll always go with the koppers. Fish kill them.

i love the spro frog but i will give it a shot who knows it may be just as good for a cheaper price

The biggest advantage of it is that it is supposed to have a sealed nose so that you don't have to squeeze the water out of it after every cast like you do with the SPRO frog. That alone would make me a buyer because having to stop and squeeze a frog all of the time drives me crazy.

+1 same problem with h20. but the underwater action looks pretty good and has caught me fish....just takes the fun out of why throw a top water...to see the fish explode on the lure

dirl a hole in the back of your spro and the water will all drain out. I did this with all mine and never have to drain it myself.

Next will be the KVD frog hooks.....

Not at all. I started doing this to all of my Spro frogs back when the Tru Tungsten Frogs came out that already had a hole in them like these strike kings do. Never had to squeeze a frog again. I used to hate throwing the spros because you had to squeeze them every other cast. any water that gets in the frog shoots out on the back cast. Tru Tungsten were the best frog I've ever thrown before they went out of business.

i just dont like the h2o or scum frog hooks specially when money is on the line ive missed so many fish just because of the fact of 80% of the time when u set the hook on the fish the hooks dig in to the body. ive never had this problem with spro and plus the spro bodys are so thin it takes nothing to push them down and get the nice 3o/t hook in the fish!
