The Crankbait bite has been the most rewarding, but since I've learned the flip a jig, I'm axious to get a big'n with it to confirm my abilities. Jig fishing takes dedication and patience to stick with so the payoff has got to be awesome!

Love me some JIGS! Would be my bait of choice if limited to only one. No doubt.

Texas rig worm is the best. Some many subtle bites but I love setting the hook.

Worm bite does it for me. The hard thump on medium sized, the taps for smaller, and the gentle thump and steady run on the big ones.

Jig... Feel the tick, know he is there, reel in slack, and turn him inside out

Everything about the jig gives me goose bumps! The slack line thump, picking it up and having the rod almost jerked from your hand, having it tied to a flipping stick and picking visual objects apart all day, all the while never making an over hand cast....Just knowing when your fishing it, you are fishing the one bait that accounts for more big fish that any other out there! The jig and the bite rock!!!
"If it swims I'll catch it and if its wild I'll hunt it!!!"

My clients seem to favor the Topwater and worm bite, however I'm partial to the "Jig Bite".

you can't beat the excitment of a good buzzbait bite!! +1 Years ago as a teenager standing chest deep in a creek and having a five pounder blow up when you have 6" of line out. I don't know if it's possible to overdose on adrenaline but the only thing I've done that compares is shooting a big buck with a bow or bungee jumping.

Swimbait for sure. You never 'think' you had a bite on a 3:16 or a Hudd.

Love a frog bite but there is something just scary and disturbing about how they hit a big swimbait. The first fish I caught on one it freaked me out and I was addicted. I've been fortunate enough to be in the boat with several friends and get to see the WTF look on their face when they get destroyed by their first bite on a 3:16 Rising Son. It's something I have tried to describe to some of them but it can't be understood until they feel it. Pure violence and hatred. You have given me crazy goose bumps discribing your bite! Thank you!! I find myself in my fishing fantasy world!
