Is there any laws against exterior lights on boats in Texas?

If there is, it is not inforced. Of course, bow and stern lights are required, and many boats have other lights. I can't imagine any reason for a law prohibiting exterior lights, and do not believe there is any such law. I could be wrong.

the only thing I am aware of is the running/anchor lights have to be visible when underway. I would not run with exterior lights on, I do run with my interior red leds though they don't mask the running lights.
