Where is the closest boat launch to get to the SabinePass jetties? I'll be coming in from Port Arthur towards SabinePass.

places everywhere...not sure which ones are open or closed from last september's hurricane. the jetties are open to walk out on, so there's gotta be a few ramps pretty close...the one where i went out from a few summer's back now is gone i think. talk the sabine pass police or town hall - they could prolly help u out a lot more than what i can...ain't been out that way in a real long while, and i usually fish down at bolivar/galveston anyhow. good luck!

a place called Dick Dowlen park. Its about five minutes from the Jetties.

Thanks for the info. When I leave the boat lauch there, how far is it to the jetties? approximately will be fine.
